Where our students go
We don't push one country. We compare two or three that fit your profile, explain the pros and cons, and you decide.
Intakes shown are the usual ones and vary by university and course. Ask us for current deadlines.
Everything between your first question and your first lecture
One counsellor follows your file from start to finish, so you never have to explain your story twice.
Profile screening & career counselling
We review your transcripts, gaps, English level and family finances, then suggest courses and countries where you have a realistic chance.
University applications
We apply to several universities at once, so you have more than one offer letter to choose from, and scholarships where available.
Scholarship assistance
Our students have studied tuition-free in Austria and Italy and won scholarships in Sweden and Finland. We tell you early which options fit.
Financial documentation
Bank balance and loan letters, income sources, tax clearance, ward and relationship documents. Embassies check these strictly; we check them first.
University & visa interview prep
Mock interviews covering the questions officers actually ask: your course choice, funding, ties to Nepal and plans after study.
Visa lodgement, pre-departure & arrival
We cross-check the visa file before submission, brief you on travel, insurance and housing, and stay in touch after you land.

Questions students ask us
Do I need an English test score to apply?
For many countries you can start an application without one, often with a Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter. A strong IELTS or equivalent score still improves your chances of admission and scholarships, so we recommend taking a test early.
Do you only work with Europe?
No. We place students in Europe, the UK, the USA and Australia, and process applications for Canada too. We compare the options that suit your profile and let you choose.
Can I study for free in Europe?
Public universities in some countries charge little or no tuition, and scholarships can cover fees elsewhere. Our students have studied tuition-free in Austria and Italy. You still need to show funds for living costs, and we plan for that with you.
What happens if my visa is refused?
We plan for this from the start by applying to more than one destination, so you don't lose valuable time. If a visa is refused, we review the reasons and move forward with the next destination.
Can my spouse and children come with me?
Several countries allow dependants on a student visa, with extra financial requirements. We have processed family applications where everyone was granted, and we'll tell you honestly where it's possible.
How do I pay tuition to a foreign university?
Usually by SWIFT transfer from your bank or through Flywire, which you pay yourself through your bank. We guide you through the steps and documents needed.
